We cannot be held responsible for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs. International Customers, please be patient. We ask that you wait a minimum of 21 working days before contacting us to check the date we shipped the package to you. We cannot be held responsible for any additional import/customs fees or taxes, customs duty, import tax, handling fees, etc. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
