We ship the packages in good faith, and you will have received an email with the post date and tracking info. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.

International Customers: Overseas shipments take additional time. Please be patient. We ask you to wait a minimum of 21 working days before contacting us. 

Import Duty/Customs Duty
Please note: You are responsible for any additional import/customs duties and taxes or the handling fees that some countries collect when goods arrive at a country.

Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms for you.
