Shipping: With the increased volume of orders we are receiving (thank you), we are working most days to ensure that your packages are being posted out promptly.
If you would like your package to arrive quickly, please treat yourself to the DHL courier option.
We ship the packages in good faith and you will have received an email with the post date and tracking info. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.
8/28/2020: Currently due to Covid-19, there are reduced flights globally, physical distancing rules in workplaces and much larger than normal parcels being sent worldwide this has resulted in a much slower than normal delivery service, it is taking much longer for parcels to arrive their destinations. Please be patient with us, this situation is out of our control.
International Customers Overseas shipments are taking additional time, please be patient. In normal times we would ask you to wait a minimum of 21 working days before contacting us.
Import Duty/Customs Duty
Please note: You are responsible for any additional import/customs duties and taxes or the handling fees that some countries collect when goods arrive into a country.
Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms for you.
